Although being the Product Manager wouldn’t be my first choice, bringing my vision to the table, for the concept of the “uFly” Web App for amateur pilots to use, I feel I should see the project through with the group. It will be an asset to have our whole team involved in fully ideating this solution, since it will take innovation and collaboration from everyone to meet the needs of the consumer in the best way possible.
As Product Manager I will also take on some of the UX tasks and conduct user testing, surveys, and user research. I will work closely with everyone on the team to ensure the viability, functionality, and purpose of this product in serving the customer, and thereby contributing to the success of our product and business. Because I am invested in this idea and the outcome, I will also be doing the accounting and creating the budget for this project to make sure we all thrive. You will also hold shares in the business as well.
Our fabulous multifunctional Creative Graphic Designer will be making wireframes and draft prototypes that I can use to conduct testing and research with the customers. They will also work with the Developer to design the final prototypes for coding. And of course, for all things visual they will be creating digital assets and chumming with our Digital Marketing Expert to develop a digital marketing plan for social media, building our branding, ads and more.
The Digital Marketing Expert will develop and implement an SEO strategy, and create written content for all our marketing campaigns, as a part of developing the digital marketing plan. Of course, to keep on task and in touch, they will be meeting consistently with myself, and the Creative Graphic Designer.
Finally, our demigod Developer will handle the frontend and back end coding. They have the mind of an engineer, who can find the most probable route for the most possibility in an idea. They will work with the Creative Graphic Designer to ensure beauty is not lost in the function of the App, or vice versa. They are a power couple together. Actually, we all are. Let’s do this!
